All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the 123ph7 server are binding. Confirmed wagers may not be cancelled or reversed by the player after acceptance.

The Platform and all games are provided "as is." 123ph7 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by 123ph7 is governed by the 123ph7 Privacy Policy, which is available at 123ph7.club/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the entire agreement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
